A Richmond native who’s lived everywhere from Meadowbrook to Church Hill, Brad’s deep connection to the area goes beyond just knowing the neighborhoods – he truly understands what makes each community special.
Brad’s path to real estate was perhaps inevitable. Growing up as the youngest of nine children taught him the value of building genuine connections, while watching his father work as a real estate agent showed him how helping people find the right home could transform lives. After success in B2B sales during the early days of cellular technology, Brad found his true calling in real estate, drawn to both the entrepreneurial challenge and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people’s lives.
Today, Brad leads with a philosophy centered on honest guidance and long-term relationship building. “Real estate isn’t about transactions – it’s about providing advice that can be life-altering,” he explains. “We’re here to help our clients make decisions that will serve them well into the future, even if that means having tough conversations along the way.”
When he’s not mentoring agents or helping clients, you’ll likely find Brad exploring the James River trails with his black Lab, Luka, playing a round of golf, or planning his next travel adventure with his wife, Melissa. As a former college basketball player and lifelong VCU basketball fan, he brings that same competitive spirit and teamwork mentality to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
