Small Business Spotlight - Belmont Pizzeria
There’s a reason Belmont Pizzeria is our go-to for a good slice of pizza.
Choosing Belmont Pizzeria for this month’s Small Business Spotlight was a no-brainer. Not only do they serve some of the best pizza in town, they’re also part of the Ruckart Real Estate family. Co-owner Victor Guevara is a past client, and our very own Sam Marks worked at Belmont for several years.
“They’re a business I really feel passionate about helping,” said Sam regarding his nomination of Belmont Pizzeria. “I worked there for over two years and they treated me like family.”
Belmont is a Museum-District staple, serving freshly-made Sicilian pizza, homemade dough, appetizers, pastas, salads, sandwiches and desserts. They’re consistently a Richmond favorite, having been named Best Local Pizza by Style Weekly and Richmond Magazine several times. When ask what makes Belmont Pizzeria’s pizzas the best, co-owner Sal Nuara told Style Weekly, “We’ve got old-school rituals in the kitchen, and we stick to them to get an authentic product.”
